With two primary focus areas, our product line consists of standard and custom high-frequency x-ray generators in fully integrated or modular enclosures and complete medical x-ray systems.

Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a multi-talented individual with a good working knowledge of basic hand tools and electronics test equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include
- Routine Acceptance Testing on production equipment
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Providing remote technical support to end users
- Maintaining customer service logs, internal service records, and managing repair parts inventory
- Support the business to achieve product serviceability and reliability, quality trend analysis
- Maintaining daily communication with direct supervisor, and where applicable to end users to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ASE / BSEE
- Ability to troubleshoot both analog and digital circuits
- Strong phone and customer support skills
- Basic computer networking and IT knowledge
- Minimum two (2) years technical experience
Salary: Commensurate with experience
